Our grass-fed bison T-bone steak is a premium cut that delivers the best of both worlds: the tenderness of the tenderloin on one side and the rich flavor of the strip steak on the other. Raised on open pasture and finished entirely on grass, this pasture-raised bison steak offers bold, clean flavor while remaining naturally leaner than traditional beef. It’s a standout choice for steak lovers who want the exceptional taste and nutrition of 100% grass-fed bison.

 

Because bison is leaner than beef, simple seasoning and careful cooking allow the natural flavor of the steak to shine.

 

Each package includes 1 steak, around 1 – 1.5 pounds, weight based on availability.

Cooking tips:
Bring the steak to room temperature and season with salt and pepper. Grill or pan-sear over medium-high heat, cooking to medium-rare or medium for the best tenderness. Avoid overcooking, and allow the steak to rest for several minutes before slicing to retain its juices.

Serving ideas:

Grill and serve with roasted potatoes and grilled vegetables for a classic steak dinner.

Finish with herb butter or garlic butter for extra richness.
