Our Goal in Shipping Your Product
In order to satisfy your expectations, we must meet the standards that you expect and the quality that you come to expect.
We only ship products out on Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid any issues with shipping delays and product not arriving fresh and still frozen at your door.
We do require an 8 lb minimum for all orders to ensure the boxes are filled correctly and arrive frozen at your doorstep.

Summer Shipping: 2 Day Air
As you can imagine, shipping frozen meat nationwide in the heat of the summer can be challenging! We have to ship via 2-day air to ensure your meat arrives still frozen on your doorstep. We use cold packs special insulating foam to ensure your package has the best chance. In summer of 2025, shipping rates increased drastically.
The following is what can be expected for shipping rates (May – October):
8–15 lbs: $45
15–20 lbs: $55
20–25 lbs: $65
25–35 lbs: $80
Winter Shipping: 3 Day Select
The following is what can be expected for shipping rates (November – April):
8–15 lbs: $40
15–20 lbs: $50
20–30 lbs: $55
30–55 lbs: $65 (two box shipment)
For orders larger than 55 lbs, please contact us directly for a custom quote.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of our consumable product, we do not offer refunds or returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us and we'll do our best to make it right. If for some reason there has been a delay in your shipment and you received your order thawed, please reach out to us immediately.
