Our Goal in Shipping Your Product
In order to satisfy your expectations, we must meet the standards that you expect and the quality that you come to expect.
Your order must be placed by Monday at midnight for us to ship by Tuesday.
We never want your box getting caught over a weekend, so we take orders up through Monday while shipping Tuesday afternoon just before UPS pickup. Typically we ship 2 day air, in the winter we may opt for 3 day select.

As you can imagine, shipping frozen meat nationwide can be challenging! We have to ship via 2-day air to ensure your meat arrives still frozen on your doorstep, or possibly 3 day select in the winter. We use cold packs and special insulating foam to ensure your package has the best chance.

Our tallow ships flat rate and has it's own shipping system to ensure you aren't paying the same rates as meat. If you place a meat order and tallow is a part of your order, your tallow will be packed in the same box, separated with special packaging, and you will not be charged an additional shipping rate.

Due to the nature of our consumable product, we do not offer refunds or returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us and we'll do our best to make it right. If for some reason there has been a delay in your shipment and you received your order thawed, please reach out to us immediately.​
