Round Steak

Bison round steak is a cut of meat sourced from the round primal cut of a bison, which is the rear leg portion.  Flavorful cut with slightly sweeter and more rich taste than compared to beef.  Best known for its tenderness.
 
Each steak is between 2 and 3 pounds, steak size based on availability.
