Our heart packages vary between .75 and 1.25 lbs. Heart is very limited from our harvested animals (obviously!) so we do limit two packages of heart per order.
Bison heart provides a dense concentration of vital micronutrients, high-quality protein, and compounds that support cardiovascular and cellular energy. If you don't enjoy it by itself, chop it up and add it to your usual ground bison recipes.
Total due at time of pickup from the Winter Farmers Market in Wausau (1918 Lamont Ave) from 9 to 10:30 am. We reserve the right to sell your preordered products if pick up is not made by 10:30 am.
