Our 100% grass-fed bison tenderloin steaks. These filets are thick, tender, and juicy as lot as you cook them right! We typically sell out of our tenderloin filets quickly, so there is a limit of steaks per market.
All of our bison meat is processed in a USDA-inspected facility, vacuum-sealed for freshness, and frozen promptly after processing to preserve its quality, flavor, and freshness. Each cut is carefully packaged and ready for your freezer, making it easy to enjoy premium, 100% grass-fed bison whenever you're ready.
