Arm Roast
Our grass-fed bison arm roast is a flavorful, hardworking cut that becomes incredibly tender when cooked low and slow. Raised on open pasture and finished entirely on grass, this roast delivers the rich, clean flavor of pasture-raised bison meat while remaining naturally leaner than traditional beef. With its deep flavor and hearty texture, the arm roast is perfect for comforting meals that bring people together around the table.
This cut shines when braised or slow-cooked, allowing time for the meat to become fork-tender while developing rich, savory flavor.

Cooking tips:
Season generously with salt, pepper, garlic, and herbs, then cook in a slow cooker, Dutch oven, or covered roasting pan with broth, wine, or stock. Keep the temperature low and cook slowly to maintain tenderness, as bison is naturally lean.
