Bison Bratwurst
A true Wisconsin grilling favorite, our bison bratwurst combines the rich flavor of pasture-raised bison with traditional brat seasoning. These juicy links are perfect for backyard cookouts, tailgates, and weeknight dinners when you want something hearty and satisfying.
1 pound pack of brats with clean ingredients, made with our 100% grass fed bison. Limited time only.
Ingredients: Bison, water, sea salt, black pepper, ground sage, mustard seed, onion powder, marjoram, garlic powder, stuffed in pork casing.
Cooking tip: Grill over medium heat until heated through and lightly browned, internal temp of 145, or simmer in beer and onions before finishing on the grill.
Serving ideas:
Serve on a bun with sauerkraut and mustard, slice into pasta dishes, or pair with roasted potatoes and grilled vegetables.
