Bison Brisket
Our grass-fed bison brisket is a rich, flavorful cut that rewards patience with incredible tenderness and deep, savory flavor. Raised on open pasture and finished entirely on grass, this pasture-raised bison brisket offers the hearty character of a traditional brisket while remaining naturally leaner and nutrient-dense compared to beef. It’s an excellent choice for slow cooking, backyard barbecue, and gathering friends and family around a memorable meal.
Because bison is naturally lean, brisket benefits from low, slow cooking with moisture to keep it tender and juicy.
Each brisket is between 3 and 5 pounds, brisket size based on availability.

Cooking tips:
Season generously with salt, pepper, garlic, and your favorite barbecue rub, then cook slowly in a smoker, oven, or slow cooker. Smoking at a low temperature or braising in a covered pan with broth allows the brisket to become tender while developing rich flavor.
