Eighth Bison Deposit
Your final take-home pounds of our delicious, nutrient-rich bison in a half bison bulk order will be close to (if not exactly) 40 pounds.
Standard cuts of your quarter bison order (to customize your cut sheet, please submit your cut requests at least one month before harvest date):
- Ground: 26 lbs
- Roasts (arm, chuck, round, sirloin): 8 lbs
- Variety of steaks (t-bones, ribeyes, new york strips, tenderloins, sirloin): 4 lbs
- Stew meat: 2 lbs
- Organ meat (heart and liver): 1 lb
- Bones and skulls are available upon request
Cuts will be delivered vacuum sealed for extended freezer time. The bison is harvested and processed in a USDA inspected facility.
An eighth bison needs about 1.25 cu ft of freezer space.
